From 36 hour adventure races to starting businesses, from triathlons and marathons to reversing my insulin resistance, from being overwhelmed with addiction to managing stress through yoga and meditation. I’m confident we will find a plan and help reach and exceed your goals!

Yoga & Meditation
Hear this: if you want to age well, you need to get friendly with your yoga practice, which, by the way, includes getting warm and fuzzy with meditation. It’s the only reason I can do the endurance sports I do without getting injured.
I teach group classes at my studio here in Malibu, 5pointyoga.com, but I’m also available for private sessions either in person or over Skype.
Let’s get in your element. If you’re a runner, we run. Cyclist? We ride. Swimmer? Let’s swim. And to tie it all neatly together, I’ll design your cross training workout to make you a more well rounded, faster, and stronger athlete.
I’m the guy who’s going to get down and dirty with you. I’ll run with you, I’ll ride with you, I’ll swim with you and when necessary (and trust me, it will be necessary), I will drown out the voice in your head that tells you you don’t have anything left, because you do!
I will design a training plan for any sporting event you have on your docket: 5k, 10k, half marathon, marathon, ultra marathon, sprint distance triathlon, Olympic distance, half or full Ironman, or if you’re ready, the Leadville 100. I led my first retreat to Santa Barbara in 2003 and have been taking people on adventure-packed yoga retreats ever since. Skiing & Snowboarding to Chamonix, France? Check. Surfing and yoga to Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Fiji? Absolutely. A life changing Yoga Safari to Tanzania? Done. Riding the Hiram Bingham train and hiking Macchu Piccu? Yup.
